Nov. 7, 2012: [Materials Provided] Paper published describing a new method to acquire sugar chain structural information.

A paper describing a new method to acquire sugar chain structural information, which was difficult previously, has been published in Analytical Chemistry, one of the world’s most authoritative journals in the field of analytical chemistry, including mass spectrometry.
This method extends the AQ labeling method for measuring sugar chain structure information that was developed in this project. The paper introduces the example of the sugar chain analysis of HER2, a characteristic glycoprotein in breast cancer, but the method can be widely applied to other organism-related sugar chains.
