Oct. 26, 2012: Results presented at the 37th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Biomedical Mass Spectrometry.

 The 37th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Biomedical Mass Spectrometry was held at the Aichi Industry & Labor Center, on October 25 and 26, 2012. The Koichi Tanaka Laboratory of Advanced Science and Technology made a presentation at the meeting.
The core of the Mass++ freeware analysis software initially developed by the Eisai pharmaceutical company as part of the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) Strategic Basic Research Programs (CREST project) has been carried over to the FIRST Project.
 This presentation introduced the development system and specifications and showed usefulness and effectiveness of the software as Platform Viewer. It also presented the outlook and direction of future evolution and discussed the potential for future developments.
