Jul. 27, 2012: Results presented at the 2012 Annual Meeting of the Japanese Proteomics Society, the 10th JHUPO Conference.

The 2012 Annual Meeting of the Japanese Proteomics Society, the 10th JHUPO Conference on human protein research, was held on July 26 and 27, 2012, at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan). At the conference, a paper was presented by the Koichi Tanaka Laboratory of Advanced Science and Technology. The article reported on the development and evaluation of software that utilizes MSn (n>2) data to analyze peptides for which structural analysis is difficult using just MS2 measurement.
This software is scheduled for release in combination with the Mass++ display and analysis software program.
