The feature article, “The Fight Against Cancer,” which appeared in the February 6 edition of Nikkei Electronics, introduced the views of core researcher Koichi Tanaka in a special interview. He indicated that electronics technology, which is considered to be one of Japan’s great strengths, could lead to a new leap forward for Japan by applying it to the field of medical treatment through interdisciplinary collaboration.
In this world-edge project, MS instrumentation is also being developed, and the remarkable progress in electronics as hardware has contributed greatly.
