Our core researcher, Koichi Tanaka, gave a lecture on September 6, 2010, at the Science and Technology Festa in Kyoto, held at the Kyoto International Conference Center and sponsored by the Japanese government Cabinet Office. In a symposium entitled “A Message to You from a Nobel Laureate,” he communicated the importance of industry-university cooperation as well as inter-disciplinary research activities to a young audience who represent the next-generation.
